Feature
360° Full Rotating Crawler Carrier
The machine could change travel direction at narrow space without pivot turn and spin turn since upper structure can rotate. The rotating function also eases the machine to unload.
Strong undercarriage and high driving performance
The thick-walled, seamless rubber crawler is a masterpiece of outstanding durability, using 40 years of experience and know-how since its development! The HST (Hydro Static Transmission) system drives the rubber crawlers. The hydraulic drive transmission system ensures smooth movement.
Warning lamps and display are centrally located on the right side of the operator’s seat.
Warning lamps and display are located centrally on the right side of the operator’s s seat. Various statuses related to the vehicle such as remaining fuel level, voltage, engine speed meter, warning lamp lighting, etc. can now be easily checked.
Electronically controlled travel lever
Equipped with an electronically controlled travel lever. Driving can be operated intuitively using only your left hand. The operating posture has also been improved compared to previous models, reducing the burden on the operator. In addition, the operating system for high/low speed switching, horn, etc. is integrated into the travel lever, allowing the vehicle to travel as the operator wishes.
Equipped with “anti-stall function”
Equipped with an “anti-stall function” that prevents the engine from stalling during high-load operations such as running uphill and turning when loaded. Powerful running improves work efficiency.
Maintenance
No need for urea water
While maintaining high environmental performance, the engine installed in the MST40CR does not require a urea water supply, making daily maintenance easier.
Improved maintainability
Each piece of equipment is arranged to allow for efficient maintenance and inspection. The large grill opening allows for smooth inspection and maintenance, and the structure is easy to maintain.
Safety
ROPS / FOPS Cabin
The cabin with great comfort and visibility is compatible with ROPS (Rollover Protection Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) to protect the operator.
Fulfilled safety function
By pressing the emergency stop switch, you can stop the vehicle’s engine in case of emergency. (left)
It is equipped with a rotation lock switch, and a new lever that does not function unless the button is pressed prevents unintentional rotation operation.
A safety lock lever is installed on the left side of the seat. Equipped with a safety lock lever in addition to a parking brake, greatly improving safety and preventing accidents due to unintentional movement.
Equipment for safe working
LED headlight is placed on the left and right sides of the vehicle, making it safer to work at night or in dark areas.
When the upper body turns, a rotating warning light mounted on the rear upper part of the cabin lights up to notify those around you that the upper body is rotating.
